Our Mission

Attentive to the expectations and challenges of Quebec food processors, the Créneau d’excellence Aliments Santé de la Capitale-Nationale groups together companies and stakeholders in the Quebec bio-food industry that work together for a common goal: to develop and commercialize new food products that are healthy, value-added and innovative.

By undertaking collaborative projects and activities that promote the development of practical knowledge, we support all companies in the sector that want to use science and innovation.
